Nov 7, 2011: Cymer recently introduced iGLX, a major component of which is "Automated Gas Optimization" or "AGO". The initial work on the AGO algorithm was developed by Paul Belitz while he was a PhD student in MAE working with Cymer - his work has now been successfully transitioned into a commercial product at Cymer. Congratulations Paul!
